Russia - the leader in cyber-piracy

International Intellectual Property Alliance (IIPA) has published a report that called the state, leading

in the number of intellectual property rights violations.
According to the association, it is Ukraine in the lead in the annual ranking. The country has continued to operate freely largest torrent tracker and resources, distributing unlicensed content. Moreover, in the last year recorded the registration of many new sites with a foreign intellectual property that were blocked in the neighboring countries.
Behind Russia are Ukraine, China, Chile, India, Thailand and Vietnam. In these countries, according to the IIPA, infringement of intellectual property pref occur quite often. Slightly less active cyber-pirates in Brazil, Colombia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Mexico, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates and Canada.
Representatives IIPA began to closely monitor the Ukraine in 2013, they point out that the situation for this period has only worsened. There are practically no bodies zashite intellectual property rights, and the existing authorities do nothing. Illegal software is used even in the state structures.
