Apple does not want to supply spare parts for repair iPhone

Massachusetts have announced a bill legalizing "right to repair" of electronic devices. If adopted, Apple and other manufacturers will be required to supply components independent workshops and ordinary users.
According to the authors, electronics manufacturers need to sell spare parts and repair kits for everyone. In addition, companies will be required to lay out the service and diagnostic manual. At this point, the bill was supported 8 states.
The law is aimed at the elimination of "authorized service centers." It is alleged that they set overcharge for repair and other workshops have to order parts for Chinese or "borrow" from the failed equipment to somehow compete with the authorized centers.
