iOS 9 prohibit advertisers to collect information about installed applications

Changes in iOS 9 was much higher than originally expected.Publication The Information reports about the changes that will undergo one of the key policies for the protection of

users' personal data. Previously, Apple allows some companies to obtain data on the list of installed applications on the user's device. Among the companies that collected this information, appear on Facebook and Twitter. Then these data can be used for targeted advertising.
In iOS 9 this practice will end. Advertisers simply no longer have the tools to get the data of installed applications, updating the operating system eliminates this possibility.
Thus, Apple iOS 9 took another step towards the protection of user data from prying eyes. Craig Federighi during WWDC 15, has repeatedly stressed that no one in the company has access to user information and can not get this access. Even the new features Siri and iOS search 9 will largely anonymous.
