Foxconn found guilty of stealing parts iPhone 6

Although the presentation of Apple last week and revealed
some interesting features of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, most of the information about the new flagship smartphone, we knew in advance. For several months, we were able to observe models of devices and periodic leakage of various parts. Security services to Apple and its partners have much to ponder. The most active of the matter was taken Foxconn, which figured one of the culprits in the disappearance of parts of production iPhone 6.

As reported by The Wall Street Journal, Foxconn accused of one of the employees of stealing six back covers iPhone 6 for the purpose of reselling them unidentified company in Shenzhen China. Theft began in July, and the amount of damage is estimated at a modest $ 960, or 6,000 yuan.

Apparently, the suspect intended to organize the business of selling parts, placing an ad in which he proposed "the details of Apple's high prices." The first iPhone back cover 6, was abducted on 24 July. Chao - is the name of the employee - has managed to bypass the security, taking advantage of the end of the shift and a large number of people leaving the factory. Stolen cover it ferried in Shenzhen, where it then got the money. Subsequently, a similar pattern was stolen five more similar parts.

Foxconn called the police on August 20 to expose the guilty. This was accomplished through surveillance cameras, as well as records of the courier service. The company stressed that despite the incident, rely on good faith behavior of their employees and their adherence to a strict code of conduct.

Nevertheless, this index case is unlikely to somehow affect the number of leaks details of partners Apple, including the very Foxconn. The reality is that most of the information about the new devices we now obtain in advance in the production of parts and assemblies thereof. For the same reason the web has not lit up the components of smart hours Apple Watch - they have just not gone into mass production.
