The American company Qualcomm has announced its new flagship microchip Snapdragon 810 back in April, but unfortunately, stated that he would appear in smartphones until 2015.

The current information indicates that the processor is under active testing.
The new eight-core 64-bit Snapdragon 810 has been tested in a certain benchmark AnTuTu. Chip installed in the 6.2 "display with a resolution of planshetofon 1600h2560 points (QHD). It is also known that the device is equipped with 4 GB of RAM. Recall that while the market is not there a single device with the RAM: the operating system Android 4.4 KitKat is not able to address is the amount of RAM, and Android L, which includes support for 64-bit processors, is still in the development stage. Despite this, the test smartphone runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, which looks a bit odd.
New Snapdragon 810 has a code name MSM8994. Processor has two cluster cores: Cortex-A57 are used for demanding applications and games, and Cortex-A53 - for undemanding tasks. Snapdragon 810 has a built-in Adreno 430 graphics subsystem, which, according to the Qualcomm, 50% more productive than its predecessor. Furthermore, MSM8994 optimized power consumption. This processor is likely to be equipped with a flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S6, the release of which will take place next spring.
