Eight-MT6595 officially presented: AnTuTu record with support for advanced technologies

A couple of days ago we reported that a Chinese company MediaTek, dedicated to the design of microprocessors, is preparing to announce a new eight-core chip codenamed MT6569, the most powerful configuration which budet able to operate at a clock frequency of 2.5 GHz.

Announcement took place today and we can tell you more about the new processor.
So, the new platform will actually be available in three versions. Differences are only in clock speed - 2, 2.2 and 2.5 GHz for MT6569M, MT6569 and MT6569 Turbo respectively.
The rest of the microchips are identical. We note immediately that the older model with the prefix Turbo scored 47,233 points in the benchmark AnTuTu - not every chip achieves such results. The main thing that supposedly confirmed by high performance in everyday use smartphone based on MT6595.
Processors are built on energy-efficient architecture big.LITTLE, which combines the use of clusters of four Cortex A17 and Cortex-A7 cores depending on the load. Also it should be noted microchips support networking standard FDD and TDD LTE, cameras with higher resolution than 20 megapixel, QHD-displays and records video in 4K UHD. Price processor not been announced. For information on when it will be available to manufacturers of smartphones, is also no information.
