C MacBook Pro 2016 compatible, not all Thunderbolt devices 3

Thunderbolt 3. It would seem, one thing is clear - to connect additional peripherals user definitely will not be problems. But the pitfalls found here as well.
MacBook Pro is not compatible with all Thunderbolt devices 3, and the whole problem lies in the established chip from Texas Instruments. In other words, early copies of the gadgets to work with a laptop will not.
Incompatibility has been found out by the manufacturer of accessories, the company Plugable. During the development of adapters, engineers noticed that the model TBT3-DP2X and TBT3-HDMI2X incompatible with the released on the eve of MacBook Pro. Both devices use a controller from Texas Instruments.
Thus, choosing an accessory designed for connection through Thunderbolt port 3 and plan to use a MacBook Pro 2016, pay attention to the manufacturer's chips and controllers. Most 3 Thunderbolt devices released until today, are equipped with Alpine Bridge chipset in conjunction with the first generation chipset USB-C of Texas Instruments (TPS65982).
Apple also sold exclusively support second-generation chipset - TPS65983. Manufacturers of accessories is waiting for a global revision of the issued units that are still at the design stage we have been deprived of compatibility with the 2016 MacBook Pro.
