While perusing
the Interwebs I came across the Noon Neo concept phone, pictured below. It’s very clear that it draws a bit of inspiration from the Galaxy S6 Edge, but also brings some novelty. Created by Gabriel Zegarra, the device stands out through its dual front speakers.
The designer also specced the phone with 4 GB of RAM, 64 or 128 GB of storage, a Quad HD curved edge screen and a fingerprint scanner. The screen is a Super AMOLED one and we also get a 20 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front camera also with LED flash. An USB Type C port is present at the bottom and the OS here is Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
This is a polished metal phone, with a $399 proposed price tag and a very sleek look. The pink model looks a bit crazy, but I’d see people rocking that. An octa core processor and stock Android are also in the mix. I’d see this as a Galaxy S7 Edge alternative, especially since Samsung refuses to get rid of the Home button and put speakers upfront.
