Yesterday finally appeared pictures model of
the device, which, presumably, is the 12-inch iPad Pro. Of particular interest is an additional connector found on the left side of the tablet. It can be as an additional connector Lightning, and port USB-C.
In the social network Sina Weibo has several photos of the layout iPad Pro, which often provide manufacturers of accessories to advance to begin production of covers and other add-ons for future devices. In the pictures the camera is clearly visible in the upper left corner of the back cover, volume buttons, headphone jack and perforation of one of the four speakers, as well as an unknown connector.
Given the resemblance Lightning connector port and USB-C, it is difficult to say for sure that for the extra hole appeared in the body of the tablet. On the one hand, it may well be additional port Lightning for iPad Pro, along with a docking station or a special stand with a keyboard. These assumptions have been expressed. On the other hand, Apple could implement a new device designed for use in work, USB-C port for connecting peripherals, external drives, and other devices.
Perhaps, Apple really is working on a 12-inch iPad Pro. The only question is when the tablet can be presented. Earlier rumors were determined as the date of the announcement of the spring, but these hopes were, apparently, was not destined to come true.
